So my dear friends I share with you a beautiful message which I feel is the essence of living a beautiful life. The Almighty sends us into this world in perfect health to live our life fully. Yet many of us tend to go astray and fritter away our God given health reserves by not leading a healthy life. And its not that we do not know the right path. All that we need to do is be regular in our practice to keep our body and mind in peace and harmony. Not easy but very necessary to live a fulfilling life.

As the sage Rumi says “Tend To Your Vital Heart, And All That You Worry About Will Be Solved”!

The life partnership with oneโ€™s own body is a concept that must be drilled into young minds right from school, and duly backed up by yoga as part of physical training periods. The human body is designed for a life of 120 years, yet only a negligible number is able to reach anywhere close to that span of life mainly due to several abuses people subject themselves to. Increasing awareness at the school level through such lofty concepts is sure to go a long way in creating healthier and happier generations. Nice to see you Dilip after a long while. Be wellโ€ฆ

Delighted dear Raj to have you giving you valuable views on the importance of health. You are right such values need to be built in young fold right from school. The good habits we learned in our school days still with us and guide us through tough situations. If I may add its equally important for children to develop their mind power as our body is a reflection of our mind.
Thanks you so much and many good wishes for your well being.

Dear Surinder sir you just about nailed it ๐Ÿ‘Œone way for the seeker reach Paramatma is to follow the practices mentioned in the last paragraph. Meditation above implies any or all four Bhakti, Gyan, Karma and Raj Yoga approaches.
You sir are an advanced yogi and your comment means a lot to our readers.
      Regards.

i have never thought about it like that before, but that’s a great way to look at it. It is easy to neglect ourselves, body, mind, and soul.

I hope you have been well, Dilip.
