Lovely. Whole existence is joyful except man. We as grown up spend more time and energy on our miseries and not on happy moments. Our slate is full and need to be cleaned by being a childlike again. Children are so beautiful and joyful as they are always in the present moment. Let us drop our load of grown-up knowledge and bundle of precious thoughts by sharing and watch fulness. Every act of love bring joy all around and multiply many times. Let us all spread love and enjoy the fruits of love and live joyfully.

Ajay what you say is just too are amazing and true. We need to be free birds just like little kids – have fun love and laughter! Why do we make our precious life miserable by carrying excess baggage is a question difficult to answer. Maybe singing and swaying to beautiful music maybe be a way forward.
Thanks my friend for such an enlightening comment.

Cheers and merry Christmas dilip. You are absolutely right. Doing thing you wanted to do but did not do because of circumstances around you, hobbies, dancing, singing, painting, cooking or any thing creative will always make you lighter. Even laughing and weeping is good. We should allow the body to repair itself without interference.

I agree Suhas with you when two hearts meet magic happens the soul does come much later. But it is the heart which gives us love and joy and is the way forward.
