I came across a sweet and beautiful poem and could not resist sharing it with you my dear readers 🙂

A child surrenders her restlessness to God in implicit trust and faith. Isn’t it amazing that the little one’s pure innocence matches the wisdom of the great Lao Tzu ~ “Do you have the patience to wait, till your mud settles and the water is clear? Can you remain unmoving, till the right action arises by itself”?

A silent prayer - Final.-1 jpeg

Have a lovely day folks! 🙂

A little peace and quite can work wonders. We are too often hurried and impatient in our modern world, though.

Nice one Dilip 🙂 . Thanks for sharing this sweet poem. Whatever a child ask God to do is out of love or the concern as compared to we adults, as we sometimes demand because of our greed and less love or concern.

The poem is extremely well written & meaningful.
Children surrender to God. And so do the elders.
eg. Arjuna was in despondent & in despair. He accepted that he needed a Guru (read God) to guide him and show the way. {BG 2/7} God was waiting for this moment and gave him the knowledge of BG.
God helps all.Indirectly he gave us the knowledge of BG.

Suhas glad you liked the poem. And your relating it to our mythology is indeed perfect. Yes a Guru (Sakar bhagwan) is the tangible form of God (Nirakar)

Yes when our minds are anxious and troubled means we are weak in our Faith.

      Many thanks my friend. Namaste

After all, the only thing we need to realize is that He is the All-doer. 🙂 Thank you for sharing this poem.. makes one wonder if the faith of a child is paramount to that of an adult and where, in the process, we are losing ourselves or holding on even tighter.

    • dilipnaidu says:

That’s a lovely response. Yes I too feel we are holding on tighter as we do not trust and believe in the powers of universal energy. The more we open-up the more we will receive 🙂
      Thanks friend kind of you.
