Agri-Horticultural Society of Western India organizes an annual flower show and arranges various programs throughout the year to create environmental awareness among people. This year the flower-show was held on January

17, 18 & 19.

In this post I’ll share pictures which capture the decked-up Empress Garden and the spirit and the mood of the flower enthusiasts young and old. Prize winners in Bonsai and flower decorations will would be in subsequent posts.

  3. Lovely photos and a very charming flower garden with some beautifully mythical-esque arrangements. Coming from a country which is beyond obsessed with gardening I can readily appreciate this garden show, despite not having anything in the way of ‘green fingers’ myself🙂

      I guess you folk are blessed with a picturesque environment most part of the year. We need to wait for the rains and winter🙂

        Well not really. We have maybe 4 months of white and cold, though we can get some bright sunny days during that time. But not with a lot of heat during the winter.
