I loved these words by Doe Zantamata as they really are so true πŸ™‚

Yes when one gets into a negative phase of life he or she loses hope and courage and even bringing a smile becomes impossible. In such times it is not a counselor or a psychologist but a true friend who can play an important role in regaining your cheer.

To me a good friend is one whose very presence uplifts my mood and fills me with joy and cheer. Even a phone call or a short message from the good friend can shake me out of the blues and uplift my spirit – that person I believe is a real friend!

What say you? πŸ™‚

I think GOD blessed me and make me the most richest, happiest and blessed person only in case of friendship.. I don’t have words to express my gratitude to GOD. But I wanna say thanks for giving me such a nice friends more than brothers.

  4. Another important message.. I thought you might like this, It was my very first post when I started my blog in 2007

Smiling is infectious, you can catch it like the flu,
When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too.
I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin.
When he smiled I realized I’d passed it onto him.
I thought about that smile, then realized its worth,
A single smile, just like mine could travel round the Earth.
So, if you feel a smile begin, don’t leave it undetected.
Lets start an epidemic and get the world infected.

That’s a very nice way to put it. And quite true as well. A good friend is there when you need them the most, and not just there when they need you.

  18. shreejacob says:

I agree Dilip. I also say that a good friend is someone who will let you be…sad, angry, or whatever negative emotions…as long as you were safe and will stay with you with no judgment. Just to allow you to vent out the frustrations or anger or sadness…to embrace those emotions before you let them go. No need to say anything, you know? just to be there πŸ™‚

Loved the little poem / quote πŸ˜€
