Yes when one gets into a negative phase of life he or she loses hope and courage and even bringing a smile becomes impossible. In such times it is not a counselor or a psychologist but a true friend who can play an important role in regaining your cheer.
To me a good friend is one whose very presence uplifts my mood and fills me with joy and cheer. Even a phone call or a short message from the good friend can shake me out of the blues and uplift my spirit – that person I believe is a real friend!
