    Hello Sir,

Its very truly said Smile-medicine for every tensity and solution for every problem..

Smiling is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to function better. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness. Smiling is just one fun way to live longer. We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good.
Smiling Changes Our Mood-Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There’s a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.
Smiling Helps You Stay Positive-Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It’s hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that “Life is Good!” Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

    Many good reasons to smile

    Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure
Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger
    Smiling Makes You Seem Successful…….

    Smile…..Smile…..Smile 🙂 🙂 🙂

    Keep smiling…… It won’t cost you anything……Cheers…….

    Warm Regards,
    Supriya Dhende.

    Dear Sir,

The Quote is about putting the center of attention where it belongs – You. Its also about realizing that the world is what we make out of it & not the other way round.

When can we not allow the world to ‘interfere’ with our smiling? When is it that the world will smile because of us? It is when we understand that this body mechanism that we have been endowed with is a ‘creator’. Now one can say situations happen to us, circumstances find us, how is it that we are creator? It is true situations happen, circumstances are ‘imposed’ on us, but still we are the creators of the ‘reactions’ we offer in the face of the situations or circumstances…

Gandhi, was like any one of us an ordinary child. He stole a piece of gold and kept quiet about it. His father, having deduced the theft, called him to ask him about it. Gandhi had no choice but to accept his misdemeanor. Now was the epochal moment in Gandhi’s life… His father took out a stick and …….(that’s what normal parents would do)……… began whipping himself with it saying, i have failed as a parent as my child is into thievery, so i deserve to be punished!

This incident ensured that Gandhi never wavered on his path of Truth, so much so that his autobiography was christened “My Experiments with Truth”….

So Gandhi’s father that night chose to be the smile that changed the world rather than allow the world to interfere with his smile….

So it is with us… Life throws at us every day zillions of ‘tests’, ‘challenges’ and ‘situations’ and it is upto us to decide whether we will allow the situation to overwhelm us or make the situation a reason to change ourselves thereby changing the world….

Our scriptures are very clear on this aspect of social reform or change in the world…. they repeatedly in various avatars, declare that the only way to change the world is by being the change ourselves ….. and it is logically true as only that change which is voluntarily agreed to & implemented is everlasting….. rest are all waiting to get back to square one once the conditions ‘improve’….

Thanks for a simple, yet profound statement – all it requires of us is to behave like the creator intended us to – like Creators!!

    Cheers!!

      Dear Sri,

Now this is a deep analysis which stresses more on changing ourselves to change the world. And so Mahatma Gandhi’s example is perfect on this. You are right it is the tests that life puts us through that we need to pass. And that of course is the tough part.

If I were to visualize the Creator I would imagine Him with a demeanor that is calm peaceful with a imperceptible Smile.

My Namaste to you and cheers 🙂

Thank you for the beautiful picture and the message about maintaining equanimity, equipoise…. by Mr. Ved Ojha also. The white colour of the flowers is so apt for a smile!

Mother Teresa, a change-maker, had this to say about a smile:

Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing. ~

“Sometimes just a smile on our face can help to make this world a better place. Stand up for the things that are right. Try to talk things out instead of fight. Lend a hand when you can, get involved this is good. You can help to make a difference in your neighborhood.” & this quote has got some way or the other connection to learning from you loving sir! coz you are the live example for a worth of a “simple smile on anyone’s face” Along with that I would like to add to it:

    “When the nights are short

    And the days are long

    When your heart sings

    A lovely song

    As days pass by

    And years are made

    Time kills you

    Like a silent spade

    But you stay strong

    You don’t fade

    You walk in steps

    You cover miles

999 reasons to cry for a while

1 small reason to keep a smile

    A smile has no country

    A smile knows no state

    A smile is a language

    Which none of us hate

    So move your muscles

    And learn to smile

    Let all your tensions

    Vanish for a while.”
